Adidas

1. Each Gift Card is redeemable and/or able to be credited only at participating adidas retail stores listed on www.adidas.co.uk/gift_cardsor on the Platform.
2. When the recipient uses a Gift Card the amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance on that Gift Card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. If the purchase exceeds the balance on that Gift Card then the recipient must pay the excess by another payment method that is accepted by us.
3. No Gift Card can be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
4. Adidas reserve the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card that we believe has been stolen or is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Gift Card Terms.
5. Please protect each Gift Card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. Please note that the recipient is responsible for the use of any Gift Card and we will not be responsible if any Gift Card is used without the recipient's permission.
6. The recipient may only use a Gift Card for their personal, non-commercial use.
7. The recipient may not sell any Gift Card. Gift Cards may not be used in sales or promotional activities including as give-aways or prizes in competitions.
8. Adidas reserve the right to cancel any Gift Card that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.
9. No Gift Card is a cheque guarantee; credit, debit or charge card and no Gift Card can be exchanged for cash or be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.
10.   If the recipient uses a Gift Card in combination with another payment method to buy our product(s) and (partially) returns their purchase, we will refund using the other payment method first.
11.   If the recipient has used more than one Gift Card for a purchase and (partially) returned the relevant purchase, we will – after refunding through the potential other payment the recipient has used first – refund the recipient using a single card or multiple cards depending on the amount of the refund.
12.   Gift Cards will expire three years from the date of purchase.

Amazon

1. Amazon gift cards are available for use on www.amazon.co.uk or other Amazon stores as designated by us from time to time (such as Amazon 4-star).
2. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer's Amazon.co.uk account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. 
3. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
4. Amazon.co.uk is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
5. Amazon.co.uk gift cards are valid for use for 10 years from the date of purchase.
6. All Amazon e-gift cards purchased are converted from EUR – GBP upon purchase.

Apple

1. Apple Store Gift Cards may only be used for purchases in the United Kingdom at Apple Retail Stores , the Apple Online Store at http://store.apple.com/uk or by calling 0800 048 0408. 
2. Apple Store Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases at or for: iTunes, the App Store, the Mac App Store, the iBooks Store, additional Apple Store Gift Cards, payment to any account of any cellular contracts or service plans, purchases at Apple resellers (like, for example, Apple Premium Resellers or Apple Shops), Apple Store Pickup orders or any payment due under an Apple Financial Services account.
3. Apple Store Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash (including any unused balance), without prejudice to any applicable statutory right to a refund in case of cancellation of an online contract or nonconformity, see Apple Online Store terms and conditions of sale at http://store.apple.com/uk/open/salespolicies and Legal Warranty at http://www.apple.com/uk/legal for more details.

These terms and the use of Apple Store Gift Cards are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Argos

1. eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store, online at argos.co.uk and habitat.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
2. eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
3. eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
4. GBP £ eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
5. This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned to Argos or Voucher Express under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be re-sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
6. All eGift Cards hold an expiry date, please refer to the date stated on your eGift Card for further information. If this is not detailed, please use the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section of the website.
7. Argos reserves the right to decline or withdraw the eGift Card at any time.
8. Treat this eGift Card like cash, Argos Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards and they will not be replaced. 
9. To check your balance at any time please sign into your account at www.argos.co.uk and use the balance checker provided.
10.   The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more than 5 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
11.   If any product purchased with an eGift Card is subsequently exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to a new Gift Card or eGift Card.
12.   If you do not spend the entire balance an eGift Cards, the remaining balance will be available on the same eGift Card after each transaction, with the same expiry date.
13.   Argos and Habitat eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. eGift cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Argos stores.

Asda

1. The Asda gift card can be used online on groceries.asda.com, George.com as well as in any Asda store within the UK and the balance on the card may be used for purchases in full or part-payment (excluding third party concessions or products, gift cards, tobacco, stamps, petrol and lottery tickets) at any time whilst this card is valid.
2. Treat this card like cash. Lost, faulty or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless they are registered on our website with your name and address. Please note this card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and no interest is paid on card balances. Protect your balance by registering your card on our website asdagiftcards.com
3. If you lose your gift card and you have registered it with us, don't worry - we can provide a replacement card. The balance on your new card will be the same as the amount on your old card at the point you told us about the loss. Unfortunately, if your old card has already been used and there are reduced or no funds on it when you tell us, we regret we cannot replace the balance.
4. We cannot offer cash in place of the balance on a lost, faulty or stolen card.
5. Asda cannot be held liable for lost, faulty or stolen cards or any credit amounts on such cards.
6. No change can be given on the cards or the balance on the cards exchanged for cash.
7. Transactions may only take place at the checkout in our stores when the card is presented. The amount deposited or redeemed from a card will be shown on the till receipt which you should keep.
8. Asda reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions that apply or discontinue the card scheme at any time.
9. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
10.   This card is valid for a period of 2 years from your last transaction. You will not be able to use your card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.

B&M

1. Simply print your email out, or present your email containing your B&M e-Gift Card on your phone at the checkout at nearly 800 stores located across the UK.
2. Lost and stolen cards cannot be replaced.
3. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of initial purchase. After 12 months has expired, gift cards are no longer valid.

B&Q

1. A Gift card purchased in Jersey or Guernsey can be used in full or part payment for any products purchased from B&Q stores on the relevant Island (except concessions and cafes in B&Q stores) or from www.diy.com.
2. When products are purchased using a Gift Card, no change will be given in cash but any value remaining on a Gift Card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for future purchases. Where a Gift Card holder wishes to use a Gift Card to buy products with a value higher than the value on the Gift Card, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value.
3. The value on a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Where B&Q agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using a Gift Card, the amount of the purchase price paid using that Gift Card will be reimbursed by way of a credit note for use in B&Q stores.
4. A Gift Card cannot be used to buy age restricted products unless the purchaser can prove he/she is of at least the relevant age.
5. A Gift Card that has been purchased will expire and any remaining value will be removed if the Gift Card is not used to make a purchase, top-up or balance enquiry during any period of five consecutive years (see the reverse of card).
6. A Gift Card that has been given or issued as part of a promotion will have variable expiry dates, please refer to the promotional material or information that will be accompanied with the gift card or eGift card. A promotional gift card cannot be topped up. If a promotional gift card is not used within the specific time period any remaining value will be removed from the Gift Card.
7. Please keep the Gift Card safe and treat it like cash. B&Q does not collect and store personal information on the holders of Gift Cards and therefore, if a Gift Card is used without the consent of the Gift Card holder, or is lost, stolen or damaged, B&Q cannot replace or reimburse the value on the Gift Card.
8. B&Q may take any action it considers appropriate if it has reasonable grounds for believing you are misusing the B&Q Gift Card Scheme. This may include withholding all or part of the value credited on a Gift Card.
9. B&Q may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the B&Q Gift Card scheme at any time. B&Q will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the B&Q Gift Card scheme as is reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in B&Q stores, on www.diy.com or otherwise. If the B&Q Gift Card Scheme is discontinued B&Q will give Gift Card holders a reasonable period to use any remaining value on the Gift Cards.
10.   Gift cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount card, such as the staff discount card, diamond discount, trade discount.
11.   Gift Cards (known as ‘corporate’ or ‘B2B’ gift cards) bought through for example an employee benefit or loyalty platform (not exclusive to just these two) where a discount is applied cannot be used in store or online in conjunction with a trade discount card or Diamond Card.
12.   These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
13.   A Gift Card will expire if it has a zero balance on the card for a period of one year or more.

Boohoo

1. Your Gift Card can only be used to make purchases online at boohoo.com in the UK. Any purchases made using any amount on your Gift Card by you or any other person will also be subject to our website Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The amount on your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items from any of boohoo’s affiliate brands, including boohooman, prettylittlething, nastygal, misspap, karenmillen, coastfashion, warehouse or oasis.
2. To use any amount on your Gift Card, the user will be required to enter the 8-digit PIN which can be found, in relation to e-gift cards, on the delivery email which is sent to you (or the person you have nominated to receive and use your e-gift card), or, in relation to store gift cards, on the back of the physical card. Up to five Gift Cards can be used in any one transaction.
3. If the entire amount on your Gift Card has not been spent, the remaining balance will be updated after every transaction and will remain on your Gift Card to use until expiry.
4. The amount on your Gift Card can be used towards the purchase amount of items that are priced higher than the balance of your Gift Card, provided that you or the user making the transaction also pay the difference for such items using one of our prescribed payment methods.
5. Any digital Gift Cards will have an expiry of 12 months.

Bounce Ping Pong

1. This gift card is available for use on https://www.bouncepingpong.com/.
2. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
3. Gift Cards expire after 12 months.

Costa Coffee

1. You may use your Costa Gift Card to purchase eligible items at any participating Costa coffee shop outlets in the UK excluding Northern Ireland. 'All non-participating stores can be found here.' Costa Gift Cards are not able to be redeemed in any Costa Express or Proud to Serve outlet. When you use your Costa Gift Card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Costa Gift Card you must pay the excess by another payment method. 
2. You may check the balance on your Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet or on the Site. You may not top up the balance on your Costa Gift Card however you may transfer any outstanding balance to a new Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlet or by contacting Customer Services at www.costa.co.uk/contact-form. Costa Gift card balances cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or additional gift cards. You may not exchange or redeem your Costa Gift Card for cash.   No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the Costa Gift Card.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged Costa Gift Cards or any Costa Gift Card which we believe has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with or is being used fraudulently or is otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud. 
4. One or more Costa Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single order but no more than five.
5. Your Costa Gift Card and the balance on it will expire if the card is not used to make a purchase for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to cancel your Costa Gift Card if we suspect it has been stolen, is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Curry’s PC World

1. Currys Gift Cards can be used as payment towards products and services from Currys Stores within the UK or online at currys.co.uk.
2. Currys Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
3. There is no right to cancel an online Gift Card order once the Gift Card has been spent in full or part.
4. Currys gift cards cannot be use to purchase airtime, or certain mobile phones and accessories
5. A Currys Gift Card remains the property of Currys.
6. Currys cannot be held liable for Gift Cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
7. The funds on a Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
8. Currys reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
9. By activating and/or redeeming a Currys Gift Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
10.   The balance of the Gift Card can be checked in any Currys store (UK only) or online at www.currys.co.uk/giftcards via balance checker.
11.   The Gift Card will expire 24 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.

Deliveroo UK

1. Deliveroo Gift Cards may only be redeemed for purchases of menu items from www.deliveroo.co.uk or the Deliveroo UK app.
2. Gift Cards cannot be topped up or reloaded, redeemed alongside promotional codes or promotional vouchers; used to pay for subscriptions (e.g. for Deliveroo Plus, unless using a Deilveroo Plus Gift Card) or to purchase Deliveroo Gift Cards; redeemed for cash; resold or transferred for value; or transferred to another Deliveroo account, once redeemed.
3. Please look after your Gift Card. Deliveroo is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without your permission and if this happens your Gift Card will not be replaced.
4. Gift Cards will expire 12 months after the date the Gift Card was purchased.  You will be unable to use any Gift Card not redeemed before this expiry date.

Everyman Racing

1. This gift card is available for use on https://www.everymanracing.co.uk/.
2. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
3. Gift Cards expire after 12 months.

FatFace

1. You can use your FatFace Gift Card in-store or online at www.fatface.com as full or part payment on your purchase.
2. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card, or cash if purchasing in-store.
3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. We’re really sorry – Gift Card transactions can only be made in GBP.
5. Treat your Gift Card like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.
6. Your Gift Card is valid for 24 months after your last transaction (which includes balance enquiries). After this, your Gift Card will expire and the remaining amount will be deducted.

Gift House

1. This Gift Card can be used only on www.gifthouse.co.uk
2. Gift House gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or resold, returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
3. Gift House gift cards are non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment.
4. Any remaining balance will be left on your Gift House Gift Card to spend on future purchases. You can check your Gift House Gift Card balance on www.gifthouse.co.uk.
5. £5 Gift House gift cards cannot be used against cinema passes or Retail gift cards.
6. Gift House gift cards are valid for use for 1 year from the date of purchase.

H&M

1. H&M Gift Cards and H&M Merchandise Cards may be used in H&M stores, H&M Home stores and online at hm.com in the country where the card was bought or where the H&M Merchandise Card was issued. You can use the H&M Gift Cards and H&M Merchandise Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by H&M Gift Cards or H&M Merchandise Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. 
2. The H&M Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the H&M Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
3. The H&M Merchandise Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card reaches zero, the H&M Merchandise Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
4. H&M Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the H&M Gift Cards cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.
5. H&M Merchandise Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the H&M Merchandise Cards cannot be used for purchase nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

Halfords

1. This card is redeemable against any goods or services at halfords.com, Halfords retail stores, Halfords Mobile Expert, and Autocentres, excluding the purchase of another gift card.
2. Halfords gift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers
3. There is no right to cancel an online gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
4. A Halfords gift card remains the property of Halfords.
5. Halfords cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.

1. Harvey Nichols Gift Cards can only be redeemed in all UK Harvey Nichols Stores, Harvey Nichols Dublin and Oxo Tower. Gift Cards cannot currently be redeemed online nor can they be redeemed in Harvey Nichols International Stores.
2. When you use the Gift Card, the amount you wish to redeem will be deducted from the balance of the Gift Card. No change will be given, only the amount debited from the balance. The remaining balance of the card will remain on the Gift Card and can be used at a later date.
3. Harvey Nichols Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or used as payment to purchase another Gift Card.
4. Gift Cards can be purchased online and upon redemption will be subject to the exchange rate in operation in the store on the date of redemption.
5. Harvey Nichols gift cards are valid for use for 2 years from the date of issue.

Homesense

1. Redeem this digital gift card for merchandise at any TK Maxx or Homesense store in the UK or online at www.tkmaxx.com.
2. Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Lost or stolen digital gift cards will not be replaced.
4. Purchases will be deducted until the balance reaches zero, any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
5. No more than five gift cards can be used in one transaction.
6. Anything you buy with the digital gift card and return in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to a TK Maxx or HomeSense gift card.
7. You can check the balance of your digital gift card at any TK Maxx or HomeSense store in the UK or online.
8. TK Maxx e-gift cards have no expiry date.

IKEA

1. Some Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the same country of issue.  For further details visit the IKEA Website of the issuing country for their Terms & Conditions
2. The minimum value needed to activate an IKEA Gift Card is £1 and the maximum value that can be stored on an IKEA Gift card is £500.

1. You can redeem the John Lewis e-Gift Card in John Lewis & Partners or Waitrose & Partners UK and Channel Island shops. You can also use it to purchase food and drink in our catering units (excludes third-party outlets in John Lewis & Partners shops), and for goods over the telephone or online at johnlewis.com or waitrose.com as part or full payment.
2. 10.   We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
11.   We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so
12.   The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.

Just Eat

1. Gift cards can currently only be redeemed on www.just-eat.co.uk
2. To activate your gift card you must: Either log into your Just Eat account, or register for a Just Eat Account or Visit your account section, go to “Redeem a gift card” and enter in your gift card code. Your account will be credited with the amount on the gift card. The account credit will be waiting for you in checkout when you make your next purchase.
3. Purchases of gift cards are non-exchangeable.
4. Gift cards cannot be topped up.
5. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Just Eat Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused credit loaded to a Just Eat account may not be transferred to another Just Eat account.
6. Just Eat reserve the right not to fulfil a gift card purchase at our own discretion and we will refund the transaction in that case.
7. If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing gift cards in any way or selling them to others, we reserve the right to cancel your gift card and close your Just Eat account without letting you know beforehand.
8. Just Eat reserves the right to prevent third parties from distributing or advertising its gift cards, at its own discretion.
9. Just Eat is not responsible for replacement of lost, damaged, stolen gift cards, or for gift cards sold or distributed by a third party not approved by Just Eat.
10.   In no event will Just Eat be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if Just Eat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.   After a gift card has been credited to a Just Eat account holder’s account, we reserve the right to refuse to discuss the gift card further with anyone other than this account holder.
12.   Once a gift card has been credited to an individual’s Just Eat account, the value of the account credit is non-transferable.
13.   Any unused credit will be treated as forfeiture by the customer in respect of the right to use the gift card and the unused credit will be treated as a no sale. The expiration date as stated upon delivery of the gift card will be an acceptable cut off period for this clause to apply.
14.   Gift Cards expire in accordance with the terms stated upon delivery of the gift card. Once expired, any remaining balance will be cancelled and the gift card will be held to be void.

Lavish Spa

1. The Gift Card allows you to upload a cash value onto your Gift Card which can be used to pay for products and services. The money loaded onto your Gift Card is only a pre-payment system for the goods and services of participating locations found online at Lavish.co.uk; it is not a credit card, credit line or deposit account. No interest, dividends or any other earnings will accrue on the money loaded onto your Gift Card. Lavish will provide a physical gift card or e-gift card to the value of money uploaded.
2. To activate and upload money onto your Gift Card, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK. The Gift Card can be used by UK residents aged 14 or over, but the purchase of certain products and services are subject to age requirements specified by law.
3. Gift Cards purchased online will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order and will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds. If payment is not received your order will be cancelled.
4. If you have purchased the Gift Card through a third party, additional terms and conditions may apply and you should refer directly to that third party for further information.
5. The monetary value on your Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for products and services at any participating site in England, Scotland and Wales. When you use your Gift Card, the cash balance on your Gift Card will be reduced by the full cash value of your purchase. You can check your account balance online here. We reserve the right to correct or amend the remaining balance in your account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred. If you wish to contest such a correction or amendment to your account balance, please email hello@lavish.co.uk
6. You must be present with your Gift Card when you make purchases at your chosen location.
7. The money uploaded to your Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your credit card or debit card. Any remaining balance will be stored on the Gift Card and may be used to pay, in whole or in part, for future purchases
8. You should treat your Gift Card as cash for any purchases at participating locations. You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your Gift Card. Therefore please do not allow others to use your Gift Card. Lavish is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
9. Gift Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms, without Lavish’s prior written permission.
10.   Lavish does not warrant or represent that your Gift Card will always be accepted at participating sites. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of Lavish’s IT and communications systems, Lavish may not be able to accept Gift Cards as payment during such a system failure.
11.   Lavish reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card or to limit the use of a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Lavish may withdraw or cancel your Gift Card or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Gift Card. The Gift Card shall become invalid once cancelled and you will not be able to redeem the balance on your Gift Card.
12.   Lavish’s liability to you in relation to these Terms shall under no circumstances exceed the final balance held on your Gift Card. These Terms set out Lavish’s entire liability to remedy any defect or default in the Gift Card. Save as is provided in these Terms, all warranties, representations, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, written or oral, as to the quality, condition or otherwise (including without limitation its merchantability and fitness for purpose) are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.
13.   Lavish shall not be liable to any person for any claim, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for consequential, economic, special or other indirect loss including (without limitation) losses calculated by reference to profits, business, cost of replacement goods, goodwill or income.
14.   Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Lavish’s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
15.   You agree to be liable for and to indemnify Lavish (and its officers, employees, directors, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns) and hold it harmless against all third party claims, demands and actions and in relation to all liabilities, losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in relation to such claims, demands and actions, to the extent that such liability arises from breach of these Terms by you.
16.   Lavish reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or withdraw the Gift Card on reasonable notice, such changes will be posted here. If you have registered your Gift Card, then we will notify you of any change, deletion or addition by email. The amended Terms will apply to your use of the Gift Card.
17.   All money uploaded on your Gift Card will expire 12 months from activation. Any balance left on the Gift Card after this date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Matalan

1. Validly activated £ Sterling e-gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Matalan Stores within the UK or online at www.matalan.co.uk. They cannot be redeemed in the Republic of Ireland.
2. Matalan e-gift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers, or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.
3. No change or refund will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. 
4. There is no right to cancel an online e-gift card order once the e-gift card has been spent in full or part.
5. Matalan e-gift cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.
6. Matalan cannot be held liable for e-Gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
7. The funds on a e-Gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
8. Matalan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
9. The e-gift card will expire 24 months after activation, after which, any remaining balance will be deducted. 

Marks & Spencer

1. Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, ROI and the Channel Islands (including outlet, railway, motorway and airport stores, but excluding Jersey, BP connect stores and M&S Opticians locations) and online at marksandspencer.com.
2. They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
3. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, personalised cards, M&S Energy, to buy another gift card, e-gift card, or to pay Clearpay instalments.
4. Cannot be used to pay for made-to-order curtains purchased online, but can be used to pay for made-to-order curtains purchased in store.
5. Cannot be used on Ocado.com
6. A maximum of ten gift cards or e-gift cards/voucher codes (or a combination of) can be redeemed in any one transaction online.
7. If any item purchased with a gift card or e-gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.
8. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card /e-gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. If spent in store, the remaining balance is shown on your printed till receipt.
9. Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 48 months from the last transaction (which includes the initial card load, adding or spending funds, or balance enquiries). Gift cards and e-gift cards issued in the Republic of Ireland are valid for 60 months from the last transaction.

New Look

1. You can use your gift card to make a full or part payment for any spend, in store or online. To redeem the value of the card, enter the card and PIN number when you reach checkout – you’ll find the PIN on the back of the card.
2. Gift Cards and eGifts shall in each case be treated as cash.
3. Payment for Gift Cards and eGifts can be made via VISA or MasterCard, debit or credit card.
4. The Gift Card or eGift will be valid for 24 months from the date of order. Any balance remaining will be deducted to nil and forfeited.

Nike

1. You can use your gift card online at Nike.com and in the Nike App towards the purchase of all goods (except for purchasing Nike gift cards) and services available in any of the following countries/regions: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
2. All purchases made with gift cards at Nike.com are subject to the acceptance of Nike’s Terms of Sale for online purchasing. You acknowledge that you have carefully read such Terms of Sale and agree to fully comply with them.
3. Except for the provisions on refunds and returns outlined below, purchases made using gift cards at Nike-owned stores are subject to the same general purchase terms and conditions as any item purchased at a Nike store.
4. Gift cards can be used as many times and for as many purchases as you choose until the total balance of the gift card has been spent. However, upon the partial redemption of a gift card, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
5. You cannot exchange your gift card balance for cash or use the balance of the gift card to purchase another Nike gift card.
6. Gift cards are not for resale. Gift cards are for personal use only and shall not be used for advertising or promoting items or services.
7. Your gift card has no expiry date.

North London Skydiving

1. This gift card is available for use on https://ukskydiving.com/.
2. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
3. Gift Cards have no expiry they can be used at any time.
4. Gift Cards expire after 12 months.

Pizza Hut

1. The value on this Pizza Hut Restaurants Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at any participating Pizza Hut Restaurant in England, Scotland or Wales. This excludes Pizza Hut Restaurants in Northern Ireland, Ireland & Jersey (The Waterfront). The card cannot be used at Pizza Hut Delivery Stores, Express or PHQ outlets.
2. The gift card holder can place an order over the phone and when they collect they can pay with their gift code/gift card.
3. Please protect this card and treat as cash. Pizza Hut will not accept liability for damaged, lost or stolen cards.
4. The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for future purchases.
5. This card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
6. Pizza Hut Restaurants reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card with reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 24 months form the date the card was purchased. Any balance left on the card after this date will be cancelled and cannot be refunded.

Pizza Express

1. eGift vouchers may be redeemed for goods in any PizzaExpress in the UK and Northern Ireland, where such store accepts payment in GBP sterling. eGift vouchers will only be redeemed where customers produce a valid Voucher displayed on a mobile phone at the point of sale. PizzaExpress reserve the right to reject illegible or incomplete eGift vouchers.
2. The customer must take their mobile phone into PizzaExpress when redeeming their eGift vouchers.
3. A Voucher can be used as full or part payment for PizzaExpress goods. No change will be given on eGift vouchers. If a Voucher is utilised for part payment, a separate Voucher will be issued to you to the value of any remaining balance which can be spent on future purchases.

5. The transaction reference on your credit card statement will refer to Pizza Express. Eagle Eye Solutions assist by providing PizzaExpress with the SMS Gift Voucher services in order that PizzaExpress may issue eGift vouchers to its customers.

Primark

1. Validly activated £ Sterling eGift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Primark Stores within the UK.
2. Primark eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
3. There is no right to cancel an online gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
4. A Primark gift card remains the property of Primark.
5. Primark cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
6. The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
7. Primark reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). River Island

1. Gift Cards are redeemable online at riverisland.com and in all River Island stores in the UK (excluding Voisins), Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man, they can be used in full or part payment for products or services purchased. Any currency conversions will be at the up to date exchange rate.
2. When redeeming your Gift Card online, enter the 16-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN number at the payment page of the online checkout. With the exception of the Republic of Ireland, you may not redeem more than five Gift Cards in one single transaction.  If you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to cover the total cost of your order (including delivery), you will need to the cover the balance with another payment method.
3. When redeeming your Gift Card in store, present your Physical Gift Card or present the Gift Card within a Digital Wallet or App. A photograph of a Gift Card taken on a mobile device will not be accepted. Or present a copy of your Digital Gift Card email or present the electronic version of the Digital Gift Card on your mobile device to the cashier at the till point.
4. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted
5. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
6. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory legal rights
7. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a River Island Gift Card will be made in accordance with River Island's refund policy. Any refunded amount will be credited to a Refund Card and will not be given in cash.

1. This Gift Card can be used by emailing bookings@stillgardendistillery.com.
2. This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or resold, returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
3. This Gift Card is non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment.
4. Recipients must be 18+.
5. The Stillgarden Distillery Gift Cards are valid for use for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Sainsburys

1. eGift Cards can only be used in-store or online at www.sainsburys.co.uk for Sainsbury’s Online Groceries only.
2. All Sainsbury’s eGift Cards are non-refundable.
3. Sainsbury’s eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at Sainsbury’s Supermarket Ltd.
4. eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases over the phone, via the Sainsbury’s App, at Sainsbury’s Petrol Stations, in the pharmacy, any concession within Sainsbury’s or at any Sainsbury’s concession within third party retailers.
5. eGift Cards are not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, for Sainsbury’s Bank products, services or credit card balances and cannot be resold or re-tendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Sainsbury’s may exclude specific products from purchase via eGift Card, please refer to https://help.sainsburys.co.uk/help/products/about-sainsburys-giftcard for the full listing. Sainsbury's reserves the right to amend this list at any time.
7. If you do not spend the entire balance of an eGift Card in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available for use. The eGift Card balance will be printed on the till receipt after each use.
8. Treat an eGift Card as cash as it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Sainsbury’s is not responsible for any unauthorised use of an eGift Card.
9. You can manage your eGift Card by registering at https://help.sainsburys.co.uk/help/products/about-sainsburys-giftcard.  Registering allows you to check the balance of the eGift Card at any time.
10.   Sainsbury’s reserve the right to decline or withdraw eGift Cards, the right to amend these terms and conditions for eGift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the eGift Card, if, in its reasonable opinion, it deems such action necessary.
11.   The value of an eGift Card expires on the date shown on the eGift Card, which is 24 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.

Tesco

1. This electronic gift card (“e-gift card”) can only be used for purchases in Tesco stores within the UK. You can purchase one e-gift card per order online at www.tescogiftcards.com and you can load any amount between £5 and £150 on it. It’s not re-loadable, and once it’s purchased, we can’t top up the balance or give you a part refund if you change your mind.
2. You can use the e-gift card for full or part-payment towards any products sold within a Tesco store whilst the e-gift card is valid. “Store” includes third party concessions and petrol stations.
3. You should treat the e-gift card like cash and ensure that it is kept safe until you need it. When you receive an activation email from us, you can use the e-gift card. Once activated, Tesco can’t be held liable for lost or stolen e-gift cards or any credit amounts on such cards, and we can’t offer cash or credit in place of the balance on a lost or stolen e-gift card.
4. If you don’t redeem the entire value of the e-gift card in a transaction, the balance will remain on your e-gift card until it is used again or until it expires. We won’t give change, nor will we exchange the balance for cash.
5. The e-gift card is valid for a period of 5 years from the date it was activated or your last transaction, whichever is later. For these purposes, a transaction includes both a balance enquiry and using the e-gift card to pay for a purchase. You will not be able to use your e-gift card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.

Ticketmaster

1.   The Gift Card may only be used for purchases in the United Kingdom, online at ticketmaster.co.uk or at O2 Academy venues in the UK. A full list of these locations is available here: www.academymusicgroup.com/venues
2. You cannot use your Gift Card to buy ticket insurance, resale tickets where resale is available, to buy any goods or services other than Ticketmaster Products or to buy any goods or services on any third-party website, even if the website is linked from Ticketmaster (e.g. ticketweb.co.uk or universe.com).
3. The Gift Card contains the monetary value which was paid, in advance, at the point of purchase. It is not a credit card, charge card, cheque guarantee card, or debit card and the balance on your Gift Card will not earn any interest.
4. Your Gift Card has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Ticketmaster may cancel your Gift Card, or refuse a transaction if we suspect the Gift Card is being used fraudulently, or in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Ticketmaster can terminate the agreement between us and refund any unused funds to you at any time if we give you thirty (30) days' notice.
7. Your Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. You will not be able to use your Gift Card once it has expired or claim a refund of any unused funds. Once the monetary value loaded onto your Gift Card at the time of purchase has been used, your Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

TK Maxx

1. Redeem this digital gift card for merchandise at any TK Maxx or Homesense store in the UK or online at www.tkmaxx.com.
2. Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Lost or stolen digital gift cards will not be replaced.
4. Purchases will be deducted until the balance reaches zero, any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
5. No more than five gift cards can be used in one transaction.
6. Anything you buy with the digital gift card and return in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to a TK Maxx or HomeSense gift card.
7. You can check the balance of your digital gift card at any TK Maxx or HomeSense store in the UK or online.
8. TK Maxx e-gift cards have no expiry date.
9. The association between TK Maxx and Flogas is supply of TK Maxx e-gift cards. The saving earned is issued by Flogas.

The Body Shop

1. The Body Shop e-Gift Card can be in UK stores and online
2. Funds on TBS Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. No change will be given but any remaining balance will remain on the TBS Gift Card to be applied to future purchases.
3. All refunds of goods or services purchased with a TBS Gift Card will be made in accordance with The Body Shop’s refund policy. Refunds for goods purchased with a TBS Gift Card will be paid back onto a TBS Gift Card.
4. We cannot replace the TBS Gift Card if lost or stolen. Please treat the TBS Gift Card as you would cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. TBS Gift Cards are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
   We reserve the right to refuse to accept a TBS Gift Card as payment if there is reasonable evidence of tampering or fraud, or if the TBS Gift Card is mutilated, altered, damaged or defaced in any way.
5. All TBS Gift Cards expire, and any unspent funds thereon will be forfeited, if not used for purchases for 2 years  from the last transaction (either activation, purchase, top-up or balance enquiry) following activation. You will not be reminded when your TBS Gift Card is about to expire, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

The White Company

1. The White Company gift cards and E-gift cards ("Gift Tender") can be used or redeemed in pounds sterling on the UK website only or at any of The White Company UK stores.
2. There are no limitations on how many times a E-gift card can be used (until the balance is £0.00). If you do not spend the entire balance on a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt. E-gift card balance enquiries can be obtained in store, UK online (Gift Card balance check page) or by calling 020 375 89 222 from the UK or +44 20 375 89 222 from outside the UK (Calling rates may vary).
3. The risk in any E-gift card shall pass to you upon The White Company’s electronic transmission to you. The E-gift card remains the property of The White Company, and may not be tampered or interfered with, without The White Company’s consent.
4. E-gift cards will be dispatched by email to your designated email account you’ve provided to us, as soon as The White Company is in receipt of cleared payment for the E-gift card.
5. The White Company shall not be liable or responsible for E-gift cards that are unable to be delivered due to your error (for example, typing errors, misspelt or incorrect email addresses), spam filters, firewalls or mailbox restrictions.
6. E-gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use whereby the remaining balance will be deducted, after such time the Gift Tender shall expire. Last use is when a E-gift card has been activated or redeemed.

Uber Eats

1. You must have an active and valid Uber account to redeem the Gift Card. The Gift Card may only be redeemed via the Uber app or the UberEATS app for use within the United Kingdom in areas where Uber is available. The Gift Card cannot be used with family profiles or with scheduled rides.
2. Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the Uber app: 1) Go to the Payment section in the Uber app; 2) Tap “Add Promo/Gift Code”; and 3) Enter the card’s Gift Code. Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the UberEATS app: 1) Go to the profile icon in the UberEATS app; 2) Tap “Promotions”; and 3) Enter the card’s Gift Code. You may be required to add a secondary payment method to use the Gift Card with the Uber app if the value from the Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the fare for your ride. Limits may apply to your redemption of or spend using the Gift Card. No fees apply to the Gift Card, and Gift Card funds never expire.
3. If you have other payment methods in your Uber account, value from the Gift Card will be set as your default payment method. If you wish to use another payment method, go to the Payment section in the Uber app and select the payment method before the service is provided.
4. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds after purchase. The Gift Card is not refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be used to make a payment on a credit account. You may not purchase other Gift Cards with the Gift Card. For balance inquiry, please visit the Payments Section in your Uber app. Purchases made with value from the Gift Card are not refundable, except where required by law. 5. Uber reserves the right to sell, transfer or assign the issuance of the Gift Card and/or funds underlying the Gift Card to another issuer, without notice to you. The risk of loss of the Gift Card passes to the Gift Card purchaser at the time of purchase. Uber shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards, and are not responsible for unauthorised use of the Gift Card. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY (AND UBER’S SOLE POTENTIAL LIABILITY) SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
6. Gift Card funds never expire.

Wagamama

1. Gift cards are redeemable for products and merchandise in Wagamama restaurants in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
2. This card is only redeemable for purchases made in restaurant and can also be redeemed for online click + collect orders as well as takeout orders when paid for in restaurant.
3. Gift card is not valid until activated at time of purchase.
4. Gift cards can be topped up in restaurant or online.
5. This card may not be exchanged for cash.
6. No change will be given but the balance may be applied for future purposes.
7. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Please protect this card and treat it as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
9. This gift card will expire 13 months since last use e.g. card activation, purchase, top up or refund and at expiry, any remaining balance will be lost.

Zalando

1. Gift Cards may be applied to purchase eligible products, which are products that serve the appearance of a person, offered by Zalando and Zalando Partners on the Zalando website and app. A Gift Card may not be used to purchase more Gift Cards. Zalando Gift Cards are limited to the amount of GBP 170, - per Gift Card. It is possible to use multiple Gift Cards per purchase, up to a maximum value of GBP 170,-. Any remaining amount can be used for future purchases. If the value of a Gift Card is not enough to cover the entire order, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods.
2. Gift Cards can only be used prior to your order. The value of Gift Cards will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest.
3. Should you cancel your order or return goods that used a Gift Card, the amount paid will be made available
   for future purchases.
4. Gift Cards are valid for a limited period of 2 years from the purchase date.
