A Whoopee! Gift Card is a digital gift card that can be purchased with various themes: Thanks, Congrats, Birthday, and Just4U. There are also seasonal Gift Cards throughout the year, such as Whoopee! Merry Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Father’s Day etc.

All Whoopee! Gift Cards allow recipients to swap and spend the value of their Gift Card with one or more of the listed retail and non-retail, travel, experience, leisure and lifestyle brands. Once a Whoopee! Gift Card is purchased, the recipient must go online and swap their gift card for one of the many retail or non-retail, travel, experience, leisure and lifestyle gift cards available and then go shopping.
Although you treat the Gift Card as you would cash, Whoopee! Gift Cards themselves are not a payment method so cannot be used directly in stores.

Whoopee! Gift Cards can be purchased in different denominations: €10, €25, €50, €100, €150, €200, €250, €300, €350, €400, €450 and €500.

How do I view my order history?
As you do not have an account on the Whoopee! Gift Card website there is no history to view, however, your order history of purchases you made will be in the emails sent to you at the time of purchase.

We cannot resend a retailer eGift Card once it has been sent to the email address provided.
When Swapping I am taken to a checkout and asked for payment details? Why?
When you are swapping your Whoopee! Gift Card for a retail or non-retail, travel, experience, leisure and lifestyle gift card you go through a similar process to buying a Whoopee! Gift Card, however, when swapping your Whoopee! Gift Card for a gift card of the same value you do not have to enter any payment details. You will need to enter your 16 digit Whoopee! Gift Card code to swap and will be asked to enter this before completing the transaction.
If you are swapping your Whoopee! Gift Card for a retail or non-retail, travel, experience, leisure and lifestyle gift card of a higher value, you will be required to enter your 16 digit Whoopee! Gift Card code and a debit/credit card to pay for the additional costs before completing the transaction.
Why can't I swap value for the brands I want to?
Some retailers have a minimum value that allow you swap with them.
There’s a specific retailer logo featured but I can’t find it on the Whoopee! Gift Card website to swap?
Retailers are subject to change, and subject to availability. Please refer to our full terms and conditions.
Do I have to redeem the full value of my Whoopee! Gift Card in one go?
No. If you don’t spend the full value of your Whoopee! Gift Card, any unspent funds will remain on your Whoopee! Gift Card until it is spent (or for 5 years from the date of issue). You can check your balance anytime if you go to .
Does my Whoopee! Gift Card have an expiry date?
Yes, Whoopee! Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this period. When swapping your Whoopee! Gift Card, please check the terms and conditions of the retail or non-retail, travel, experience, leisure and lifestyle gift cards as the expiry on these may differ.

No. There are no fees or additional charges through the Gift Card buy and swap process.

Why am I seeing an “Out of stock – coming soon” alert when choosing a retailer eGift Card?
Occasionally there may be instances of specific values of retailer eGift Card being “Out of stock – coming soon!”. In this situation we recommend using other values to make up the value you require, or to choose one of the other brands available. When there is a stock shortage it is typically replenished within 2-4 working days.
Can I give my Whoopee! Gift Card to someone else?
Yes. If you are buying a Whoopee! Gift Card with the intention of sending it to someone else you can. In the buying process, you can enter a personal message and the email address for the person (recipient) it is being purchased for.
If you prefer to buy the Whoopee! Gift Card and send it your own email address you can. The email / gift card can be forwarded or printed to gift it to someone else.
Once I’ve exchanged my Whoopee! Gift Card, can I use retailer eGift Cards in-store and online?

All gift cards hold a monetary value and considered as cash, therefore, it is not permitted to refund. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted.
